Therapy for the beautifully complicated.

Life is messy. People are complicated. And we think good therapy should make room for all of it.

At Bridge, we bring together personalized therapy, collective expertise, and connected wellness services to support you as a whole person.

Because your mental health doesn't exist in a vacuum, and neither should your care.

Support comes in all shapes and sizes.

Individual Therapy

Support for mental health, life's challenges, and building a meaningful, fulfilling life.

Child/Teen Therapy

Developmentally responsive support for young people navigating big feelings and changing worlds.

Couples Therapy

Support for connection, communication, conflict, and navigating relationships.

Family Therapy

Working together to better understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and navigate change

You're not basic. Your therapy shouldn't be either.

Our clinicians draw from a range of evidence-informed approaches, tailoring treatment to your needs, experiences, and goals.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Explore how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. Discover how the brain's ability to change and adapt, known as neuroplasticity, can help you develop new patterns and create lasting change.

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)

Process distressing experiences and reduce the emotional intensity of painful memories. EMDR helps the brain reprocess trauma and other difficult experiences so the past has less influence on the present.

Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP)

Break free from cycles of fear, avoidance, and compulsive behaviors. Through gradual, supported exposure, build the confidence and flexibility to reclaim your life from the grip of OCD and anxiety.

Mind-Body & Somatic Approaches

Explore the connection between mind and body through awareness, grounding, and nervous system regulation. Learn to recognize your body's responses to stress and develop ways to feel more present, connected, and grounded.

Adventure & Nature-Based Therapy

Step outside the traditional therapy room and explore growth through movement, nature, and shared experiences. Build confidence, strengthen connections, and discover new perspectives through experiential activities and the natural world.

Brainspotting

Explore and process trauma, emotional distress, and experiences that can feel difficult to put into words. Through focused attention and specific eye positions, Brainspotting offers another way to work with the connection between mind, body, and emotional experience.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Make room for life's uncertainties, difficult emotions, and things beyond your control. Build the flexibility and capacity to navigate what life throws your way while staying connected to what matters most.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Develop practical skills for managing emotions, navigating relationships, and responding to life's challenges. Learn to tolerate big feelings without being overwhelmed by them or needing to make them disappear.

Art & Expressive Therapies

Sometimes there simply aren't words for what we're experiencing. Through creative expression, tactile experiences, and art-making, explore emotions and experiences in ways that go beyond traditional talk therapy.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Explore the different parts of yourself, including those that protect, criticize, or carry difficult emotions and experiences. Develop a more compassionate relationship with your inner world.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

Shift the focus from what's going wrong to what's possible. Identify your strengths, build on what's already working, and take meaningful steps toward the changes you want to see in your life.

We have even more tools in our clinical toolbox.

Psychodynamic · Narrative · Spiritual/Shamanistic approaches · Motivational Interviewing · Existential

Not sure which approach is right for you?  You don't have to figure that out alone.

Your therapist can help you explore what makes sense for your needs.

And while you're here...

Bridge clients are invited to attend our free, trauma-informed yoga classes, led by an instructor who's also a therapist. No yoga experience necessary.

Sometimes healing happens alongside others. Explore our therapy groups and see whether one might complement your individual work.
