(No group on 4/6 for Spring Break)
Investment of $175 per family
(Co-parents welcome to attend together, no childcare is provided.)
This group will teach parents skills to address common behavior concerns in children of any age, build stronger relationships with their children, and minimize parental frustration. Parents will connect and get support from other parents, as they learn skills they can start using today.
Parents of all age children are welcome.

Support Group for an Overwhelming World
Every Other Tuesday | 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Group for an Overwhelming World is a supportive space for people navigating anxiety, depression, stress, or feeling overstimulated by daily life. We focus on grounding conversation and practical skills like emotional regulation, boundary setting, and calming tools to help you regain balance. This group offers a compassionate community where you can slow down, feel supported, and build healthier ways of coping.

Men's Social Support Group
Every Other Tuesday | 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
This group is open and available to any identifying male member of the local community who is experiencing isolation from a lack of available social connection. In this group we will focus on tools for building connections, forming community, and actively expressing the impact of loneliness on our well-being. Led by Jeff Tomczek, Clinical Mental Health Intern.

Yoga For Clients
Every Wednesday | 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM
The focus in this class is on feeling safe and present in your body through the union of breath, movement, and awareness. Students are invited to do what feels good to them and may modify anything as needed. All levels are welcome, beginners and beyond. Led by Marie Coma-Thompson, LPCC, E-RYT-200

This offering is intended to be a supportive space for mental health professionals to slow down, reconnect, and care for yourself after the meaningful and often demanding work you do for our community and your clients each day.
