Our services begin with comprehensive evaluations, ensuring a thorough understanding of each individual's unique needs and challenges. This is followed by careful medication monitoring, where helpful, to ensure the most effective and balanced treatment possible.
Our team, consisting of expert therapists and highly skilled psychiatric nurse practitioners, collaborates closely. This synergy ensures that your treatment plan is not only effective but also contributes significantly to your overall well-being. We are committed to providing care that respects and responds to your individual journey towards mental health and wellness.
Psychiatric Medication Evaluation (ages 6+)
This initial evaluation includes an assessment of psychiatric symptoms and determination of appropriate treatment options. Evaluation appointments are 60 minutes
Medication Management
Medication prescriptions will be monitored for effectiveness and adjusted accordingly. Prescription refills are sent electronically to your pharmacy of choice. Please note that medications cannot be changed without a face to face appointment, and we request a 48 hour notice for all medication refills to be processed in a timely manner.
Genesight testing
Bridge now has Genesight testing! Please allow 15-20 minutes for this appointment. This test consists of collecting buccal swab DNA samples (cotton swab inside the cheek) and sending them to Genesight for analysis. Testing determines the medications that could be the most beneficial for you.
FMLA
Existing patients who need FMLA paperwork filled out will need to bring a hard copy to the appointment and allow for 30 minutes to go over individual needs and expectations of timelines.
Doctors Supplement Store
Bridge has partnered with The Doctor’s Supplement Store to ensure high-quality, third party certified supplements that are available to all of our clients. Bridge receives a small fraction of the profit to pay for time spent researching and comparing supplements for our client's benefit. For additional questions about supplements, please ask one of our Nurse Practitioners.
