Private Trauma-Informed Yoga Sessions

Personalized yoga to support your mental health, reconnect with your body, and nurture your overall well-being.

Yoga isn't about touching your toes or perfecting a pose. It's about finding space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what feels good in your body.

Safety in your body

At Bridge, our private, trauma-informed yoga sessions are designed around you. Through gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system awareness, we create space to explore the connection between physical and emotional well-being.

Whether you're navigating stress, feeling disconnected from your body, or simply looking for a different way to support your wellness, there's no experience, flexibility, or particular level of fitness required. Just curiosity and a willingness to begin.

Yoga supports mental health & wellbeing

Connect with Your Body

Somatic movement encourages awareness of physical sensations, helping you reconnect with your body and explore what feels comfortable, supportive, and grounding.

Find Your Center

Mindful movement and breathwork create opportunities to slow down, practice present-moment awareness, and respond to stress with greater intention.

Felt Sense of Safety

Trauma-informed practices emphasize choice, predictability, and personal boundaries, supporting nervous system regulation and a greater sense of safety and agency.

What to expect from a private session.

Private yoga sessions offer personalized support shaped around your goals, comfort, and experience.

Your instructor may incorporate gentle movement, breathing practices, guided mindfulness, and opportunities to notice how your body responds, always with an emphasis on choice and collaboration.

No pressure to keep up. No expectation to look a certain way. And absolutely no need to already be "good at yoga."

Come exactly as you are.
