Tiffany Niswonger
LCSW, IMHP
Therapist
Tiffany Niswonger has been practicing therapy since 2015. She is experienced in working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes. She often uses traditional talk therapy but also uses her training in expressive arts, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to meet the unique needs of each client.
Before she came to Bridge Counseling, Tiffany worked at a rape crisis center where she provided therapy to survivors of sexual violence. Prior to this, she worked at a walk-in psychiatric clinic where she treated a range of issues such as mood and anxiety disorders.
Tiffany loves to help people empower themselves. She believes each person already has a toolbox of strengths, and that the therapeutic process can both provide insights for how to use these tools strategically as well as add new tools. She strives to provide a safe and comfortable space where people can be open about what is on their minds. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys bird watching and making digital art.
