Co-Founder, CEO, Therapist
Juniper Owens is the co-founder and CEO of Bridge Counseling and Wellness and the Bridge Academy. As a therapist, educator, and supervisor, she is passionate about helping people navigate difficult realities with clarity, courage, and evidence-based care.
Clinically, Juniper specializes in the treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders, phobias, and avoidance-based patterns using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and her Reality-Oriented Capacity Building framework (ROCB).
In addition to anxiety treatment, Juniper offers focused short-term therapy for individuals and couples seeking support around a specific concern, life transition, or goal. She also provides specialized short-term counseling for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause, including concerns related to anxiety, identity, mood changes, stress, relationships, and adjustment to midlife transitions.
Juniper typically works with clients seeking structured, goal-oriented therapy and accepts a limited number of clients each year.
For practitioners and practice owners, Juniper provides consultation, continuing education, content development, and professional training through the Bridge Academy.
