Jeff Tomczek

Jeff Tomczek is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate who focuses on helping adults and adolescents 14+ work through goals of alignment, self-acceptance, healing, and growth. This includes major life disruptions, sudden change, or intentional planning. He also has select spots available to see couples.​

Jeff works directly with challenges around anxiety, ADHD, depression, ruminating thoughts, loneliness, self-confidence, healthy relationships, career satisfaction, athletic performance, and cancer diagnosis.​

In his sessions, Jeff leverages a mix of modalities and theories including ACT, CBT, existentialism, Gestalt, REBT, IFS and SFBT amongst others. He believes in the importance of personalized care that meets each client where they are. This begins with an understanding of the client’s personal experiences, beliefs, values, and worldview.

Outside of individual sessions, Jeff leads two support groups at Bridge. One focusing on Men’s Social Isolation and the other on Support in an Overwhelming World. 

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota, a masters in clinical mental health from the University of Kentucky, and a professional certificate in Positive Psychology. He is a cancer survivor and competitive youth soccer coach. When he is not counseling, Jeff is an active certified professional coach and business consultant. He is also an advocate for community building and social justice, believing in an equitable society for all.
