Brandy Vertrees

CSW

Therapist

Brandy Vertrees (she/her) is a certified social work therapist dedicated to helping clients cultivate balance, authenticity, and deeper meaning in their lives. Drawing from traditional approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), as well as mindfulness-based practices, somatic awareness, creative expression, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brandy offers an integrative approach that supports the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Her work is rooted in a person-centered philosophy, meeting each client with presence, compassion, and curiosity. Brandy specializes in supporting women in midlife as they navigate transitions, identity shifts, and the evolving sense of self that often accompanies this stage of life. She also works with individuals exploring spiritual growth and existential questions those seeking to reconnect with purpose, embody calm, and live with greater intentionality.

In session, Brandy blends gentle mindfulness and somatic techniques to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and creative energy. Her approach encourages grounded awareness, self-compassion, and an empowered sense of wellness that extends beyond symptom relief into a more meaningful way of being.

Brandy’s goal is to help clients not just heal, but to reconnect with the natural vitality and wisdom that emerge when mind, body, and spirit move in harmony.

Brandy Vertrees is practicing under the supervision of Jennifer Owens, LCSW, IMHP. KY license #3889.
