Group Yoga Sessions

Bridge Counseling and Wellness provides therapeutic and confidential yoga classes for our counseling clients. Our instructors are experienced, credentialed, and stay up-to-date in their field. These classes are reserved for clients of Bridge Counseling, but guests are welcome with a recommended donation of $5-20.

Currently offered on Wednesdays at 6 at our Bardstown Rd./Eastern Parkway location.

Group Meditation

Attend a group meditation sit to increase your meditation and mindfulness practice if that is a part of your mental health wellness plan. We open with a short discussion, sit together for 30 minutes in silence, and follow up with 10 more minutes of discussion.

Reiki is a hands on/or near body energy healing that uses universal life force energy to break down energy blocks, balancing the mind, body, and spirit. Regular treatments promote the consistent and unlocked flow of energy throughout the body. This allows people to feel less stress, enhance their learning and memory, and promote mental clarity. Reiki also aids in physical healing/less physical pain. The term comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” which means vital life force energy that flows through all living things.

Healing Touch

Healing Touch is an energy therapy where practitioners consciously use their hands in a heart-centered and intentional way to support and facilitate physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. This type of therapy is a biofield (magnetic field around the body) therapy that is an energy-based approach to health and healing. It uses the gift of touch to influence the human energy system, specifically the energy field that surrounds the body, and the energy centers that control the flow from the energy field to the physical body. Healing Touch therapists focus on removing energy congestion which form in the energy fields (aura) and energy centers (chakras). Once these imbalances and disturbances are cleared, the energy channels resume their task of integrating the body, mind, and soul to restore health and promote healing. In addition, it is helpful in preventing future issues by restoring balance to energy field disturbances. These non-invasive techniques employ the hands to clear, energize, and balance the human and environmental energy fields, resulting in optimal physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. 

Intuitive Readings

Intuitive Readings are spirit/energy sessions that use tools such as tarot and the Akashic Records to tap into messages from Source and to your own subconscious for guidance and healing.


The Havening Techniques are a healing modality designed to help individuals overcome problems resulting from traumatic encoding. The Havening Techniques belong to a larger group of methods called psychosensory therapies, which use sensory input to alter thought, mood, and behavior.

Havening can be used to help alleviate distress from:

  • Phobias

  • Emotional Eating

  • Anxiety

  • Anger

  • Depression

  • Pain

  • Stress

  • Trauma

Nutrition & Wellness Coaching

Bridge Counseling and Wellness offers individualized nutrition plans to meet your unique needs. You can schedule an appointment with our Dietian to create your personalized nutrition plan and accommodate you with your wellness goals. Nutrition sessions are $120 and Sliding scale options are also available.

Climate Anxiety Coaching

Climate-aware coaching offers non-clinical one-on-one support for anyone who is experiencing distress related to climate change, including eco-anxiety, pre and post-traumatic stress, solastalgia, guilt, despair, burnout or any combination of climate-driven stressors. Aware that the impacts of the climate crisis are inherently interconnected, our coaching welcomes your entire Self, including all of the identities, experiences, relationships and systems that affect your life. While climate distress inevitably intersects with the entirety of your mental health, this coaching is a supplement rather than replacement for clinical psychotherapy.
