Anxiety & Beyond

Anxiety and beyond is a process-oriented group. The participants will be led through group exercises and discussions that will help them process their anxieties. The group meets twice a month, and each month will work on a theme. These themes are aiming at the underlying patterns of anxiety, depression, chronic low self-confidence, family and interpersonal conflicts. Participants will have the opportunities to strengthen their overall mental health, address habits and establish new skills.
