Nutrition & Wellness Coaching
Bridge Counseling and Wellness offers individualized nutrition plans to meet your unique needs. You can schedule an appointment with our Dietitian to create your personalized nutrition plan and accommodate you with your wellness goals. Nutrition sessions are $120 and Sliding scale options are also available.
Climate Anxiety Coaching
Climate-aware coaching offers non-clinical one-on-one support for anyone who is experiencing distress related to climate change, including eco-anxiety, pre and post-traumatic stress, solastalgia, guilt, despair, burnout or any combination of climate-driven stressors. Aware that the impacts of the climate crisis are inherently interconnected, our coaching welcomes your entire Self, including all of the identities, experiences, relationships and systems that affect your life. While climate distress inevitably intersects with the entirety of your mental health, this coaching is a supplement rather than replacement for clinical psychotherapy.
