About the event
This group is open and available to any identifying male member of the local community who is experiencing isolation from a lack of available social connection. In this group we will focus on tools for building connections, forming community, and actively expressing the impact of loneliness on our well-being.
Led by Jeff Tomczek, Clinical Mental Health Intern.
Jeff Tomczek is a master's candidate at the University of Kentucky, currently serving as a clinical mental health counseling intern at Bridge Counseling and Wellness. He also operates as a certified professional coach under his business, Calibreal.Co. Jeff specializes in working with men around career, personal growth, and life satisfaction. Jeff is also host to Louisville's largest monthly community Meetup group for men looking to build new connections.
